Shipping Policy
- CGM Device (Third-Party Fulfilled): CGM devices are dispatched by authorized third-party partners.
- CGM delivery timelines: 2–5 business days (metro), 3–7 days (non-metro).
- CGM tracking details may be shared by the partner.
- WelloraFit does not directly control CGM shipping.
- BCA / Body Composition Scale (WelloraFit Fulfilled): Shipped directly by WelloraFit.
- BCA processing time: 24–48 hours.
- BCA delivery timelines: 2–4 days (metro), 4–6 days (non-metro).
- BCA tracking shared via SMS/email.

Exchange Policy
- BCA Scale: Eligible if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- BCA: Request within 48 hours of delivery.
- BCA: Images/videos required.
- BCA: Replacement shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
- CGM Device: Exchange depends on third-party policy.
- CGM: WelloraFit will coordinate with the partner.

Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or opened devices (unless defective).
- Digital services (consultations, plans).
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items.

Order Cancellation
- Allowed before dispatch only.
- Not allowed after shipping.
- CGM orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
