  • WelloraFit is a health coordination and wellness platform, not a hospital, clinic, or emergency medical service.
  • The Platform facilitates access to medical consultations (preventive and advisory), nutrition and diet planning, fitness and physical activity guidance, and lifestyle and habit management support.
  • WelloraFit does not guarantee medical cures, weight loss, or specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual health, adherence, and circumstances.
  • The Platform does not replace in-person medical care or emergency services.

Eligibility to Use the Platform

  • You must be above 18 years of age to use WelloraFit independently.
  • Minors may use the Platform only with verified parental or legal guardian consent.
  • By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Section 03

User Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and complete health, medical, and lifestyle information including medical conditions, medications, injuries or limitations, and allergies.
  • Inform WelloraFit promptly of any changes in health status.
  • Follow professional guidance responsibly and within your physical and medical limits.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes.
  • Not misuse, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform content.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.

Medical, Nutrition & Fitness Disclaimer

  • Advice provided on the Platform is informational and preventive in nature.
  • The Platform is not intended for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, users must contact local emergency services immediately.
  • Nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance may involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Account Registration & Security

  • Users must create an account to access services.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • WelloraFit is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
  • One account is permitted per individual unless expressly authorized.

Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

  • Certain services require payment or subscription.
  • Pricing, plans, and billing cycles are disclosed prior to purchase.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • WelloraFit does not store full card or banking details.
  • Subscription benefits are non-transferable, limited to the subscribed duration, and subject to usage limits as defined in the plan.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are governed by the WelloraFit Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.
  • Generally, completed consultations are non-refundable.
  • Generally, personalized plans once delivered are non-refundable.
  • WelloraFit reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Activities

  • Provide false or misleading health information.
  • Attempt self-diagnosis or misuse advice.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse professionals or staff.
  • Seek off-platform services or payments.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to breach Platform security.

Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content, including text, graphics, plans, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of WelloraFit.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WelloraFit shall not be liable for health outcomes or results.
  • WelloraFit shall not be liable for user decisions taken against professional advice.
  • WelloraFit shall not be liable for injuries resulting from non-disclosure or non-adherence.
  • WelloraFit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Professionals operate with independent judgment; WelloraFit acts as a coordination platform.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WelloraFit, its professionals, partners, and employees from claims arising due to inaccurate information provided by you, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Termination

  • WelloraFit may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated, misuse or abuse is detected, or legal/compliance risks arise.
  • Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
  • Outstanding dues remain payable upon termination.

  • Your use of the Platform is subject to the WelloraFit Privacy Policy.
